Your business details

Tell us about your business, then attach your two documents at the bottom. We'll email you a link to verify and publish your profile, and your profile goes live either way, whatever the badge review decides.

Short on time? For a single payment of R250, we complete your profile for you. See how it works

Step 1 of 5: What you do

Choose the kind of profile and the category customers would look for.

A club, complex or mall? Choose Place or Venue, tick your facilities, then contact us to link the businesses inside it.

Step 2 of 5: How customers reach you

Your name and contact details, shown on your profile so people can call, message or visit your website.

A mobile alongside a landline, say. Both are shown on your profile.
Adds a Chat on WhatsApp button to your profile. Leave blank to hide it.
No website? No problem. Leave this blank. Your WebScheduler Local profile becomes your website: one address with your services, hours, photos, map and reviews that you can share anywhere. A complete profile does the job a website would.

Step 3 of 5: Tell people about you

A few honest sentences about what you do. Stuck? Let ChatGPT write a first draft from your answers.

Keep it short, up to 3,000 characters. Cover what you do, who it’s for and why choose you. List individual services and prices under Services & prices below instead.

Step 4 of 5: Where you are

Your address puts you on the map and in local discovery. You choose below whether it shows on your profile.

Start typing for suggestions. Address search by Mapbox.

Drag the marker to where your business actually is. Worth doing if the map looks wrong. We can’t always find smaller suburbs automatically.

Your details not shown on your profile
For our records, and so we know who to address when we contact you about this profile.

Step 5 of 5: Make your profile stand out

Opening hours, a logo or photo, and at least one service are required. The rest is optional and you can come back to it later. Each section you fill in adds a panel to your public profile.

Services & prices Required What you offer, e.g. classes, treatments, callouts

One line per service or class, e.g. “Beginner yoga class”. Prices are optional: “R250”, “from R150” or “POA” all work.

Features & amenities Parking, card payments, walk ins…

Tick everything that applies. Each one shows on your profile with a check mark.

These are what visitors filter on, so a profile that fills them in is discovered far more often. Free, like everything else here. Leave anything you are unsure of empty rather than guessing.

Verified Business added, R29.99 a month once we have approved you

Send your company registration document and the owner's ID. We review them, usually within two working days, and only ask for payment once they pass. Nothing to attach yet? Your profile still publishes without them, and you can send both later from manage your profile.

Your CIPC registration certificate, or equivalent. PDF, JPEG or PNG, up to 10 MB.
ID card, ID book page or passport for the person who owns the business. A clear photo is fine, as long as the whole document is in frame.

We need both. Photos are resized in your browser before they are sent, so the whole document must be readable in frame; PDFs are sent exactly as they are. Your documents are stored privately, are never shown on your public profile, and are only ever seen by our review team.
