A geet night DJ specializes in playing traditional, remix, and popular Indian celebratory music such as Bollywood, folk geets, bhangra, and chutney typically for pre-wedding ceremonies like a Sangeet, Hurdee, or mehndi. Local mobile DJs and sound crews around Johannesburg and Lenasia regularly cater to these cultural events.

What a Geet Night DJ Offers

• Genre Specialization: Mixes classic traditional wedding songs (geets) with high-energy modern Bollywood and fusion beats.
• Crowd Interaction: Acts as an MC or coordinates with family members for traditional singing, dancing, and program flows.
• Full Production: Often provides complete sound, wireless microphones for live singing/speeches, and dynamic dancefloor lighting.

If you are looking to book a DJ for an upcoming event, please let me know:

• The date and location (e.g., Johannesburg, Lenasia, Pretoria)
• The type of event (Sangeet, Hurdee, family celebration)
• Whether you also need staging, lighting, or a Dhol player

I can help point you toward local event suppliers or give you tips on what to look for!
